We are looking for a business analyst to support a full digitalisation of the fulfilment processes for asset finance products in the Danske Bank Group. Our ambitions are more than optimising a process step here and there – we want to align processes, where feasible, across our market areas, and define future processes that run digital, so we are able to scale the business.
The Digital squads are responsible for building the digital products where the business processes are re-engineered to be executed in digital mode. We finance cars and equipment with leasing and hire purchase products in the Nordic market areas.
Our journey entails analysis of existing processes and requirements in the market areas search for opportunities to align and optimise, and design future processes based on a digital process with minimal human intervention. The squad uses methods and tools to optimise the collaboration and solution design from business perspective to the actual construction of the digital process steps. The squad works in close collaboration with peer squads, to deliver on the full customer journey for our customers.
